I am a master’s level intern under the supervision of Michael Loftis, LCSW, and Capella University. I received my B.S. in Child Development and Family Studies from MTSU. I have experience walking alongside individuals (age 12+) and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, betrayal, anger, trauma, and other life transitions. I am a U.S. Army veteran and have a passion for working with service members, veterans, and their families which is what led me to the mental health field. I operate with a Christian, systemic worldview and the assumption that every human has within them the ability to overcome. I am Level I & II EMDR trained and trained in Level I Murray Method.
